About Me
My name is Crysta, and my journey into therapy began with a simple belief: the process of change doesn't have to be complicated. I've always been drawn to the stories people carry, and I saw a need for a space where those stories could be told without judgment, where practical tools could meet genuine human connection. Through my work with individuals, couples, and families, I've seen firsthand how an objective outside perspective can provide the clarity needed to navigate life's most challenging chapters.
I bring years of experience helping people work through anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics. My clinical background is grounded in the understanding that your comfort comes first. Whether I'm working with a couple trying to reconnect or a family searching for harmony, my goal is to provide a grounded, practical approach that feels relevant to your daily life. I chose this work because I believe in the power of hope and the resilience of the human spirit, and I'm honored to walk alongside my clients as they figure out their next steps—even when they don't have it all figured out just yet.
